Important

It is proposed eFiling will become the mandatory method for filing most civil documents (other than from self-represented litigants) on the 1 August 2016. The introduction of compulsory eFiling will enable case documents to be filed in an expeditious and cost-effective manner. eFiling will build within the court the capacity to maintain electronic case files, enhance case management and ultimately will increase access to information for civil court users.

The Court, in partnership with its civil eFiling provider CITEC Confirm, is hosting a training / information session on Wednesday, 6 July at 9.30am.  A demonstration of eFiling will be given and Registry and CITEC staff will be available to answer questions. No RSVP or registration is required. The Court room number will be advised through the County Court website prior to the date.

The fourth of the regional training sessions will be held on Tuesday 7 June at 1.00pm at Wangaratta Magistrates Court. Solicitors and their staff are welcome.
