I have been in the Conveyancing industry since 1997 and have conducted many types of transactions, ranging from simple straight forward sale and purchases, to more complex matters such as Transfers between Trusts and Partition matters. My areas of experience stretch from Regional and Rural Victoria, to inner Melbourne CBD and the outer suburbs. In dealing with Clients and Agents I believe communication is the most essential key in ensuring a smooth transaction can be achieved - which provides confidence in the client's mind that the matter will be completed thoroughly.
I moved to Australia from the UK in 2005 and continued work in the legal industry. I then specialised solely in conveyancing in 2010. I can manage all areas of conveyancing with confidence and enjoy being able to assist our clients to achieve a smooth and easy real estate transaction. Whilst I have assisted clients from all around Victoria, living in Chelsea for many years has given me a vast knowledge of our local area.
After years of being responsible for marketing and sales administration in the busy real estate field, the natural next step for me was to move into Conveyancing. I have not looked back since! My role is taking instructions and preparing Contracts of Sale and Section 32 Vendor Statements for clients. I am committed to providing my clients and real estate agents with great service, and enjoy the interaction with my clients and agents whilst the properties are on the market. My satisfaction is my client’s satisfaction!.
