Mr.Dinesh Weerakkody(LLB. Barrister & Solicitor/... Victory law) is AMAZING!! Not only he is a brilliant immigration attorney, Dinesh is kind, caring and went beyond her requirements and responsibilities in order to help me get my visa. Dinesh is accommodating, through and meticulous. Mr. Weerakkody is very easily accessible, and responds to emails and phone calls almost immediately. I would recommend Mr. Weerakkody to anyone who is looking for an immigration attorney; his fees are very reasonable. Mr. Weerakkody treated my case like I was a priority, and as though he was only working on my case (even though she was working on multiple cases at the same time). Mr. Weerakkody eased my mind, and assured me that everything was in order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.The worst conveyancing... service we've ever used. Run by part-timers who are never available, never fully present or vested. We used this company to save money. It wasn't worth the mental angst, severe stress and the time it took just to complete the simplest thing. Next time, we will pay good money to professionals and NEVER use this unprofessional, amateur organisation again.As well as the conveyancers being unprofessional and mediocrities; their lawyer is extortionate charging $330 per hour - even if you speak with him for 10 minutes. It's all about making a fast buck with this company. Read all the other reviews and avoid this company.read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!They are absolutely... useless. I used them when I sold my apartment and they were terrible. They are unorganised and never answer calls and take days to respond to emails, if at all. They messed up the contract several times and I had to literally drive around Melbourne the day prior to settlement to have a contract signed because they didn't do their job properly. Very stressful experience and would not trust them with what is the biggest purchase / sale in your life.read more

I would personally like to thank Craig , Justine ... and Kym again for another property conveyancing sale.. I was recommended Mr Seshrin of victory law by Mr... Dinesh who originally took on case.Unfortunately as Mr Dinesh had to go overseas I was recommended to speak to Mr Seshrin Naidoo of victory law. He was very welcoming and made everything very easy even though in my head everything was getting complicated as the court date was closing in . Mr Seshrin was able to get all my problems sorted and with the case and he handled all my paperwork on the case which helped me ease off the stress on the case. He prepared me for all the possible outcomes with the courts Mr Sesh never left me hanging on anything he always told me what was happening and what’s going to happen .I would say Mr Sesh’s communication with the client was very professional and his punctuality with everything was amazing .Like Mr Sesh said I was expecting for the best and it all worked out in the end thanks to Mr Sesh’s hard work and professionalism that helped dismiss my case with no issues at all . My husband and I would like to commend Craig for... his excellent work in making our settlement process very smooth and easy. Before we met Craig, he rang us and introduced himself, he also gave us all the information we needed. That gave us piece of mind and security that we will be in good hands. When we met Craig personally, we all the more felt that we are dealing with a person who has passion and knowledge in what he does, honest, real and a truly lovely person to work with. I would also like to mention that he went above and beyond and has put so much effort in making sure the settlement will be smooth and kept us updated and communicated with us all throughout the process considering we were overseas the whole time. We came back to Melbourne a day after settlement and all we did was to move in to our first home with no issues at all.
